Right of Withdrawal

1. Who is eligible?

Consumers (natural persons) who subscribed to JourX online on jourx.fr or via the iOS/Android mobile app.

• Website purchases: withdraw directly with JourX.
• App Store / Google Play purchases: withdraw through the platform’s process (see §4).

2. Time limit and starting point

• Legal period: 14 days from the order date (or, where applicable, from trial activation if a payment has already been confirmed).
• The period is deemed met if you send your request before it expires.

If you are only on a free trial and not yet billed, you can cancel the trial at any time without using the withdrawal right.

3. Digital services: immediate performance & exceptions

• If you requested immediate performance during the 14-day period, you may owe a proportional amount corresponding to use made up to the withdrawal notice.
• For some digital content/services, if you have explicitly consented to immediate start and acknowledged waiving your right of withdrawal, the right may not apply.

JourX includes no third-party advertising content; any bank connection operates in read-only mode via a licensed aggregator being selected.

4. How to exercise your right

Website purchases: send an email to contact@jourx.fr with:

• Subject: “Withdrawal – JourX”
• Full name and email used at purchase
• Order number (if available)
• Subscribed plan (Essential / Connected)
• Order date
• Your unambiguous withdrawal statement

App Store / Google Play purchases: use Apple’s “Report a problem” page or Google’s Order history. Refunds are handled directly by the platform.

6. Refund

• JourX will issue the refund within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, using the same payment method unless agreed otherwise.
• If service has already begun at your request, a pro-rata may apply.

7. Disputes & mediation

If an issue arises, please contact us first at contact@jourx.fr to seek an amicable solution.

Consumer mediator: being appointed. You can also use the EU online dispute resolution platform (ODR): ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
