1. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sale of subscriptions to the “JourX” Service, available on the jourx.fr website and via the iOS/Android mobile app, enabling management of a daily budget and spending tracking.
The Terms of Use complement these Terms and apply to use of the Service.
2. Seller & status
JourX — project currently undergoing legal structuring (company name, corporate form and registration forthcoming).

3. Service description
- Calculation of a dynamic daily budget from your parameters (disposable income, cumulative expenses, remaining days, etc.).
- Manual entry of expenses/income and, optionally, a read-only bank connection via a licensed aggregator (in selection).
- Dashboard (trends, weekly/monthly savings), helpful notifications (midday/evening reminders, encouragements).
The Service is not personalized financial advice. It is a decision-support tool.
4. Pricing & trial

- 30-day free trial: if offered, its conditions are specified at signup.
- Prices shown are indicative and may change; the applicable price is the one displayed at checkout (or by the App Store/Google Play platform).
- VAT: details provided on invoicing according to the applicable tax status.

5. Order & account creation
- Orders are placed on the website or via the app (App Store/Google Play). They imply acceptance of these Terms and the Terms of Use.
- Creating an account may be required (email, password).
- An order summary/confirmation is provided (email, App Store/Google Play receipt, etc.).
6. Payment & billing
- Website: payment by the methods indicated at checkout (card, etc.). Invoices are available in your account area or by email.
- iOS/Android app: payment handled by Apple/Google (their terms govern billing and refunds).
- Taxes: VAT and applicable taxes are shown at payment according to regulations and your location.
7. Service provisioning
Immediate access after payment confirmation (or trial activation), subject to possible technical delays. Credentials are strictly personal.
8. Term, renewal & cancellation
- Monthly subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the due date.
- Cancel anytime from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period (no pro-rata unless otherwise provided by law or commercial policy).
- JourX may suspend or terminate in case of serious breach of the Terms/ToU (fraud, abuse, etc.).
9. Right of withdrawal
Under consumer law, you have a 14-day withdrawal period from the order where applicable. For digital content/services supplied immediately before the end of this period, you may be asked to waive your right of withdrawal upon activation.
- Purchases via App Store/Google Play: refund requests must be made directly to the relevant platform, according to its rules.
- Purchases on the website: email contact@jourx.fr (with order number) to exercise your rights.
10. Promo codes, trials & price changes
- Promo codes are non-cumulative and apply according to their specific conditions and validity period.
- Free trials may be limited and convert to paid subscriptions if you do not cancel before the end date (information provided at signup).
- In the event of a price change, prior notice is given; you may cancel before it takes effect.
11. Liability
- The Service provides indicators for informational purposes. Financial decisions remain the User’s responsibility.
- JourX is not liable for indirect damage, loss of opportunity, or decisions made based on the information provided.
- Maintenance/update interruptions may occur; JourX uses reasonable efforts to ensure availability.
12. Personal data
JourX applies a privacy-by-design approach and limits collection to what is strictly necessary. See the Privacy Policy (GDPR rights, retention, recipients, security, cookies, etc.).
Optional bank connection: read-only, via an aggregator being selected; consent revocable at any time.
13. Disputes & mediation
In case of dispute, an amicable solution is sought as a priority by writing to contact@jourx.fr.
Consumer mediation: to be designated. You may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
14. Miscellaneous
- Intellectual property: content, trademarks and software are protected — any unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
- Force majeure: JourX shall not be liable where an unforeseeable/irresistible event makes performance impossible.
- Governing law & jurisdiction: French law; French courts have jurisdiction failing amicable resolution.
