• The site and app are provided “as is”; maintenance/updates may cause temporary interruptions.
• Users agree to lawful use and to refrain from infringing third-party rights.

7. Personal Data (GDPR)

JourX follows a privacy by design approach and limits collection to what is strictly necessary.

• Legal bases: contract performance, legitimate interest (security), consent where required.

8. Cookies & trackers

No advertising tracking. Functional cookies may be used (session, security). A privacy-friendly audience measurement may be implemented, with consent if required.

9. Third-party services & bank connections

Bank connection (importing transactions) is optional and under integration (aggregator being selected). It will operate read-only, with explicit and revocable consent.

• JourX remains fully usable without bank connection (manual entry).
• Activation/deactivation and deletion possible at any time.

10. Security

Encrypted communications (HTTPS). Organizational and technical measures to protect data confidentiality and integrity.

11. External links

Links to third-party sites may be provided. JourX is not responsible for their content or practices.

12. Governing law – disputes – mediation

French law applies. Failing an amicable settlement, French courts shall have jurisdiction.

Consumer mediation: being appointed. You may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform (ODR): ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
