Who is eligible?<\/h2>\r\n      <p>Consumers (natural persons) who subscribed to JourX online on <a href=\"https:\/\/jourx.fr\/en\/\">jourx.fr<\/a> or via the iOS\/Android mobile app.<\/p>\r\n      <ul>\r\n        <li><strong>Website purchases<\/strong>: withdraw directly with JourX.<\/li>\r\n        <li><strong>App Store \/ Google Play purchases<\/strong>: withdraw through the platform\u2019s process (see \u00a74).<\/li>\r\n      <\/ul>\r\n    <\/section>\r\n\r\n    <!-- Time limits -->\r\n    <section id=\"delais-en\">\r\n      <h2 class=\"jx-h2\">2. Time limit and starting point<\/h2>\r\n      <ul>\r\n        <li><strong>Legal period: 14 days<\/strong> from the order date (or, where applicable, from trial activation if a payment has already been confirmed).<\/li>\r\n        <li>The period is deemed met if you send your request before it expires.<\/li>\r\n      <\/ul>\r\n      <p class=\"jx-note\">If you are only on a <strong>free trial<\/strong> and not yet billed, you can <strong>cancel<\/strong> the trial at any time without using the withdrawal right.<\/p>\r\n    <\/section>\r\n\r\n    <!-- Digital services \/ exceptions -->\r\n    <section id=\"exceptions-en\">\r\n      <h2 class=\"jx-h2\">3.
