Purpose<\/h2>\r\n      <p>These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sale of subscriptions to the \u201cJourX\u201d Service, available on the <a href=\"https:\/\/jourx.fr\/en\/\">jourx.fr<\/a> website and via the iOS\/Android mobile app, enabling management of a <strong>daily budget<\/strong> and spending tracking.<\/p>\r\n      <p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/jourx.fr\/en\/conditions-generales-d-utilisation-jourx\/\">Terms of Use<\/a> complement these Terms and apply to use of the Service.<\/p>\r\n    <\/section>\r\n\r\n    <section id=\"seller-en\">\r\n      <h2 class=\"jx-h2\">2. Service description<\/h2>\r\n      <ul>\r\n        <li>Calculation of a <strong>dynamic daily budget<\/strong> from your parameters (disposable income, cumulative expenses, remaining days, etc.).<\/li>\r\n        <li>Manual entry of expenses\/income and, <strong>optionally<\/strong>, a <em>read-only<\/em> bank connection via a licensed aggregator (in selection).<\/li>\r\n        <li>Dashboard (trends, weekly\/monthly savings), helpful notifications (midday\/evening reminders, encouragements).<\/li>\r\n      <\/ul>\r\n      <p class=\"jx-note\">The Service is not personalized financial advice. Order & account creation<\/h2>\r\n      <ul>\r\n        <li>Orders are placed on the website or via the app (App Store\/Google Play). They imply acceptance of these Terms and the <a href=\"\/en\/cgu\/\">Terms of Use<\/a>.<\/li>\r\n        <li>Creating an account may be required (email, password).<\/li>\r\n        <li>An order summary\/confirmation is provided (email, App Store\/Google Play receipt, etc.).<\/li>\r\n      <\/ul>\r\n    <\/section>\r\n\r\n    <section id=\"payment-en\">\r\n      <h2 class=\"jx-h2\">6. Payment & billing<\/h2>\r\n      <ul>\r\n        <li><strong>Website<\/strong>: payment by the methods indicated at checkout (card, etc.). Invoices are available in your account area or by email.<\/li>\r\n        <li><strong>iOS\/Android app<\/strong>: payment handled by Apple\/Google (their terms govern billing and refunds).<\/li>\r\n        <li><strong>Taxes<\/strong>: VAT and applicable taxes are shown at payment according to regulations and your location.<\/li>\r\n      <\/ul>\r\n    <\/section>\r\n\r\n    <section id=\"provision-en\">\r\n      <h2 class=\"jx-h2\">7. Service provisioning<\/h2>\r\n      <p><strong>Immediate<\/strong> access after payment confirmation (or trial activation), subject to possible technical delays. Credentials are strictly personal.<\/p>\r\n    <\/section>\r\n\r\n    <section id=\"term-en\">\r\n      <h2 class=\"jx-h2\">8. Term, renewal & cancellation<\/h2>\r\n      <ul>\r\n        <li>Monthly subscriptions renew <strong>automatically<\/strong> unless cancelled before the due date.<\/li>\r\n        <li><strong>Cancel anytime<\/strong> from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period (no pro-rata unless otherwise provided by law or commercial policy).<\/li>\r\n        <li>JourX may suspend or terminate in case of serious breach of the Terms\/ToU (fraud, abuse, etc.).<\/li>\r\n      <\/ul>\r\n    <\/section>\r\n\r\n    <section id=\"withdrawal-en\">\r\n      <h2 class=\"jx-h2\">9. Right of withdrawal<\/h2>\r\n      <p>Under consumer law, you have a <strong>14-day<\/strong> withdrawal period from the order where applicable.  \r\n      For digital content\/services supplied <em>immediately<\/em> before the end of this period, you may be asked to <strong>waive<\/strong> your right of withdrawal upon activation.<\/p>\r\n      <ul>\r\n        <li><strong>Purchases via App Store\/Google Play<\/strong>: refund requests must be made directly to the relevant platform, according to its rules.<\/li>\r\n        <li><strong>Purchases on the website<\/strong>: email <a href=\"mailto:contact@jourx.fr\">contact@jourx.fr<\/a> (with order number) to exercise your rights.<\/li>\r\n      <\/ul>\r\n    <\/section>\r\n\r\n    <section id=\"promos-en\">\r\n      <h2 class=\"jx-h2\">10. Personal data<\/h2>\r\n      <p>JourX applies a <em>privacy-by-design<\/em> approach and limits collection to what is strictly necessary.  \r\n      See the <a href=\"\/en\/confidentialite\/\">Privacy Policy<\/a> (GDPR rights, retention, recipients, security, cookies, etc.).<\/p>\r\n      <p><strong>Optional bank connection<\/strong>: read-only, via an aggregator <em>being selected<\/em>; consent revocable at any time.<\/p>\r\n    <\/section>\r\n\r\n    <section id=\"disputes-en\">\r\n      <h2 class=\"jx-h2\">13.
